A special meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to
order by Mayor Donald Hodges at 6:45 P.M., February 3, 1964 at 2401
Highway #10.
Present Wete:
Mayor: Donald C. Hodges
Clerk: Lloyd J. Blanchard
Trustee: Ingram Rustad
Trustee: John L. Sullivan
Trustee: Charles LaVaque
Also Present:
Administrative Clerk: Paul Boog
Motion by Blanchard to pay seven hundred and ten dollars ($710.00)
to Mr. Lutz, Lundquist and Copeland for easement on Red Oak Drive
(Mueller Addition), Seconded by LaVaque. 5 Ayes. Motion carried.
Motion by Blanchard to change the date of the public hearing to re-
zone from R2 to R3 the North 390 feet of the East quarter of the North-
east quarter of the Northwest quarter, Section 8, Township 30, Range 23,
Ramsey County, Minnesota. Hearing date changed from. February 10th to
February 24th at 9 :00 P.M. Seconded by LaVaque. 5 Ayes. Motion carried.
Motion by Sullivan to grant Mr. Arnold H. Johnson a two foot side
yard variance to build a new home.,, Seconded R tadr- - Ave5.- M tiara
carried.
