OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due,ea11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota
was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 10th day of
February, 1964 at 8:00 p.m with the following members present:
and the following members absent: Donald Hodges, Lloyd Blanchard,
Ingram Rustad, J-)hn L. Sullivan, Charles LaVaque,
Member Lin d Blanchard introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:

A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN WATER ASSESSMENTS ON
PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW,.
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that: the
following asscssrAents for Lateral Water Improvement 1960-1 and
1960-2 have been levied against the following described property
in the Village of Hounds View and such assessment should be
abated as follows:
N 330 ft of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Sec. 5, Township
Range 23 in the amount of $78.54
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the above described
assessment be abated in the total amount of $78.54.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith tronsm:t a certified
duplicate of this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
duly seconded by Member „Ingram_Restad and upon a vote being taken
