He re- ported the Lakeside Park Commission approved the Swimming Program. It would start on June 15, 1964. The swimming program to cost ''. -.00 per person or 55.00 per family. Sullivan said he plans to meet with repre- sentatives of Ramsey County to get an e$timate on the cost of installing a bituminous parking lot; and meet with representatives of N.S.P., to determine the cost and type of lighting for Lakeside Park. Motion by Blanchard to refer the League of Municipalities liability insurance survey to the Village Insurance agents to fill out the in- formational sheets. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. Motion carried. notion by Sullivan to revise the health and accident insurance by increasing cost of premium and by deleting Jo Ann Monson from the plan. Mrs. Monson is to receive an increase of 10.00 per month in her salary to compensate for this deletion. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Blanchard to approve of the Final Estimate of D.''. Hickey Company for $4,737.30 "Tell „'2 and enter into a one year maintenance bond agreement. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. Motion carried. Attorney Meyers stated that enlarging the drag strip could be acc- omplished only by Counci], .approval. Motion. by Rustad to adopt resolution ;'156 providing for division of 'ater Assessments Division ;';33144 Area, Lateral, and Service; Division ;,`3.;152 Area. Seconded by LaVacaue. 5 Ayes. Motion carried. Attorney Meyers submitted a proposed Ordinance on Vacating a Premise after 1:30 A.N.; the Police Hankbook; a memo pertaining to creation of a new job classification. Motion by Blanchard to pay bills totaling 14,6,0.52. Seconded by LaVaque. 5 Ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Blanchard to approve the licenses submitted(list attached.) Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. Notion carried. Motion by Blanchard to authorize the Treasurer to transfer $15,000.00 from the Water Utility Fund to the General Fund. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. Motion carried.
