OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION #155
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View,
Minnesota was held at the_2111 in said Village on
the 23rd day of March 1964 with the following
members present: Donald Hodges, Lloyd Blanchard, John L. Sullivan,
Ingram Rustad, Charles LaVaque
and the following members absent: none
Member Blanchard Introduced the folkwing
resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THAT THE ATTACHED LIST
OF ASSESSMENTS HAVE BEEN PAID:
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that
certain assessments have been paid,
NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following
list of prepaid assessments, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted.
The Clerk shall forthweith transmit a certified
duplicate of this list t) the County Auditor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing
resolution was duly seconded by Member Rustad
and
upon a vote being taken, the following members voted in favor
thereof: Donald Hodges, John L. Sullivan, Lloyd Blanchard,
Ingram Rustad, Charles LaVaque
and the following members voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
