The Attorney presented a proposed ordinance repealing Ordinance #100
and returning plumbing inspection to full time employees. Motion by
Sullivan to adopt Ordinance #112. Seconded by LaVaque. 5 Ayes.
The Attorney presented the revised Dance Hall Ordinance for study.
Motion by Blanchard to pay bills totaling $3471.34. Seconded by
Hodges. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to issue licenses to Roto Rooter Service and
to Coon Rapids Cesspool. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to accept the resignation of Jo Ann Monson as
clerk - typist, effective May 1, 1964. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to hire Joanne LaCasse as clerk- typist at an
hourly rate of $1.75 per hour. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to authorize change in policy regarding the
Village Safe Deposit Box, from present system to designation of Mayor,
Treasurer, and Administrative Deputy Clerk, without using names.
Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to invest funds of $65,000.00 in Certificate of
Deposit at the First State Bank of New Brighton. Seconded by Hodges.
5 Ayes.
Motion by LaVaque to adjourn. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes.
