HomeMy WebLinkAboutgr00090_000011_pg57-2- Mr. Rustad presented the B & E Patrol Report and the Police Department Report for April, 1964. Copies on file. Mr. Blanchard stated that due to an error on his part Sgt. Hagen had not been receiving the correct amount of pay. Motion by Blanchard to correct the pay for Mr. Hagen making his salary $525.00 per month effective January 15, 1964. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. Motion by Rustad to concur with the Building Inspectors recommendation and allow variance at2292 Lois Drive, allowing garage within 4 feet of house, using a firewall. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. The Adm. Clerk was directed to notify the Civil Defense Director that the 21st of May is not the regular meeting night of Civil Defense and the hall will be in use that evening by another group. The Attorney was directed to prepare a resolution designating Edgewood Drive from County Road H -2 to County Road H as a State Aid Street. Motion by Blanchard to order the improvement for lateral sewer service in all areas of the Village except for C -1 and C -3. This includes areas A -1; A -2, B -1, B -2, B -3, C -2, D -1, D -2, and E. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. Although laterals have been ordered by above motion the only areas actually having laterals installed at this time will be those who have already indicated the desire to have said service and the rest will be by petition. The Attorney stated that he had attended the hearing on the Chies Dump and received a set of plans for the Engineer to study. They do not yet have a permit but the dump is in operation. A memo from the Attorney regarding elective offices was received and filed. Motion by Rustad to adopt Resolution # 159 regarding lot splits and water assessments. # 33301- 33301- 33301 - 33371 - 33371- 33374 -33374 and 33373. A Resolution requesting the County to take over and maintain Stinson Boulevard from South Corporate limits to the North Corporate limits was presented. Motion By Rustad to adopt Resolution # 160. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. Motion by Blanchard to pay bills totaling $4,711.15. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. Motion by Blanchard to approve Licenses - Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. A Resolution releasing the Village of Lexington from the North Suburban Hospital District was read. Motion by Blanchard to concur with the Hospital Board action and adopt Resolution # 161. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes.
