HomeMy WebLinkAboutgr00090_000011_pg63PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor Hodges at 8:00 P.M., June 8, 1964 at 2401 Highway # 10. 030063 Present Were: Mayor: Clerk: Trustee: Trustee. Also Present: Engineer: Attorney: Adm. Clerk: Public Works Donald C. Hodges Lloyd J. Blanchard Ingram Rusted Charles La Vaque Sheldon Boehm Richard Meyers Paul E. Boog Walter Skiba Motion by Rustad to accept minutes of May 25, 1964 as presented. Seconded by La Vaque4 4 Ayes. Mr. Win Peterson, who owns property at the intersection of Highway # 8 and Highway # 10 requested signatures for the Village on a condemnation check received from the Highway Department. He presented a receipt showing that the assessments were paid. Motion by La Vaque to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to endorse a condemnation check for Mr. Win Peterson. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes Motion by Blanchard to set a Public Hearing on June 22, 1964 at 9:00 P.M. to rezone the front portion of Gilbertson property on Highway # 10, Lot # 59, Auditors Subdiviscn # 89, Ramsey County to B -3 and the remainder of the property to R -3 as described in legal notice, at the request of Charles Larson, developer. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Motion by Rustad to set Public Hearing on June 22, 1964 at 9: 15 P.M. to rezone the Lambert Property (North of Village Hall) The NW % of the NW/ of Sec. 8, T. 30, R. 23 except the S. 15 acres thereof, except the W. 388.5 feet thereof and except the E. 541.96 feet of the W. 930.46 feet of the N. 321.5 feet thereof. Subject to County Road I from R -1A to R -3 at the request of the developer Charles Larson. Seconded by La Vaque, 4 Ayes. Motion by Rustad to set a Public Hearing on July 6, 1964 at 7:30 P.M. to rezone the Toner property(South of Pinewood Club) The E. % of the NE % of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23, except the N.8 acres thereof and except the E. 400 feet of the S. 400 feet thereof, from B -1 to B -3 with a special use permit for trailer park as requested by Charles Larson, Developer. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. Motion by Rustad to change the location of voting place in Precinct # 1 from Messiah Lutheran Church to Edgewood Jr. High School. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes.
