VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order at 6:30 P.M., June 15,
1964 at the Village Hall - 2401 Highway # 10, by Mayor Donald Hodges.

Adm. Clerk: Paul E. Boog
Engineer: Sheldon Boehm
Attorney: Richard Meyers
Motion by Blanchard to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
enter into a license agreement with George E. and Hazel A. Jackson
and to authorize the issuance of a check in the amount of $1.00
for this agreement. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes.
Motion Carried.
Mayor Hodges asked for further bids for the Sanitary Sewer
Interceptor System three t4mes. Mayor Hodges instructed the Engineer
f) open the bids for the Sanitary Sewer Interceptor System and Surface
.ainage Improvement Project 1964 -1. At , this time the Mayor declared
.te receiving of bids closed. (List of Bids attached)
Motion by Blanchard to refer bids to the Engineer and
Attorney for tabrgation and recommendation. Report for June 22,
Regular Council Meeting. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Blanchard to designate Paul Boog a:, the Village
Representative to the League of Minnesota Municipalities Convention,
June 17, 18, 19. Expenses to be paid by the Village. Seconded by
La Vaque. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Rustad to raise the salary of Joanne La Casse,
Secretary and Harriet Kish, Twenty -five cents per hour ($.25) to
begin June 15, 1964. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried.
Mr. Stuart Rothgeber requested the Council to review the
Bond requirements for Contractors. He believed them to be excessive
and unnecessary. The Clerk was directed to refer this to the Attorney.
Motion by La Vaque to adjourn. Seconded by Rustad.
