Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Ww"O in order to receive permission for the construction of a
sanitary seiver system within tb* Village of Mounds View approval from the State Board
of Health Is required, and
WIJERFM, such permission will not be granted until the North Suburban
Sanitary Sewer District provides for an outlet for sewage disposal,
WO, TO. BE IT USOLVED That the Village Council of the Village
of Mounds View will permit no services or sanitary sewage flows to the proposed Mounds
View interceptor system or lateral system until such time that the North Suburban
Sanitary Sewer District provides a sewage outlet to the village.
The motion for the adoptifxi of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Blancharcl uid upon a vote being taken the following members voted in
favor thereof; Blanchard, Hodges, Rustaul,
and the following meWbers voted against the saw:
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
