I the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Mound View, Minnesota. so HERM CERTIFY that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoiug extract of ilnutes at a meeting of the Village Council of sa
Villa e held on the dute therein indicated with the original minutee thereof on file
in my office and that the base is a tall, true and correct tranacript thereof insofar
as said minutes relate to a resolution indicating no sever hook-ups until outlet
provided.
