July 13, 1964
CHANGE IN: Lateral Water Improvement 1960-1 and 1960 -2
Trustee Rustad moved:
Resolution # 165
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14. 1960 , the special assessments
for the construction of j.s.teral water improvement 1.960 -1 and 1960 -2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein;
AND WHEREAS, the above :.:entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View j that the assessments f or y ,teral Water Improvgment 1960 -1 and
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified 1960-2
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of

at 6 :00 F.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
Lateral Water Improvement
