conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments forArea Water Improvemeyt 1960 •1 141 1960-2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made -a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on July 13, 1464
at 8910 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
Area Water Improvement
