CHANGE IN: Area Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2

Resolution 4 165
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 , t,e special assessments
for the construction of Area Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above : :ientioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Area Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -5
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on

at .flqul P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
Area Water Improvement because of the conveyance of or replatting of
certain properties.
