Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution # 168 awarding the
Sale of $1,575,000 General Obligation Temporary Improvement Bonds of the
Village to be issued pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Section 429.091,
Subdivision # 3 for the purpose of financing part of the cost of a
Sanitary Sewer Improvement to American National Bank. Its bid of a net
3.12+9 with the Total net interest cost to be $99,219.75 was declared
the lowest by the Bond Consultant. Seconded by La Vague. 5 Ayes.
Motion Carried.
Motion by La Vague to adopt Resolution # 169 a Resolution
to establish the Form of the $1,575,000 Sewer Improvement Bonds.
Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Rustad to adjourn. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes.
