Hodges moved:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted Qctc;er , t',e special assessments
for the construction of lateral 41ater & Service Water Imrarovernent 1960 -3
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above ..entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Lateral.+ loiter & Sera -e •eater Improve-
ment
against the heretofore mentioned
g properties be correctly certified

to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
