Trustee Hodges moved:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1910 , t' _e special assessments
for the construction of
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part hereini
AND WHEREAS, the above :ientioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Area Water Improvement 1960 1
1960-2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
