Trustee Blanchard moved:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 19, 1361 , t'le special assessments
for the construction of T.atwrni And R erviee Water rm9rovement 1960 -4
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list :made a part herein#
AND WHEREAS, the above r_.entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Lateral and Se(vigtt Water Imorpvement
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified 1960 -3
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
