Motion by Blanchard to order final plans and specs for the
Lakeside Park Water extension project from the Engineer.
Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes.
The Clerk reported the following:
1. Letter from Spring Lake Park Plumbing and Heating Inspector.
(Council feels no action necessary at this time.)
2. A letter to Mounds View Citizens regarding sewer projects.
3. Addendum to basic contract with McCrossan executed and filed
in the Village Office.
4. Tax Receipt of $ 85, 922.61
5. Copies of letters from E. A. Monick County Auditor and to County
Engineer Dean Anklan regarding Village requesting for Service Road
along 35W.
6. Copies of a letter from Eugene A. Monick to County Engineer regarding
County approval of Sewer projects.
7. Copy of a letter from Minnesota Water Pollution Control Commission
to Minnesota. Industrial Parks denying the permit for trailer park.
8. 167 tardy accounts for water.
