Mr. I. Comstock, reported that all strike banners have been
removed from the construction areas and that negotiations were in
progress with the union.
Moon by Blanchard to di:^ect. the Engineer to attend the
Public Hearing on Report on Comprehensive Sewer Works Plan for the
Minneapolis -St. Paul Metropolitan Area to be held in the State Office
Building, St. Paul, November 4, 1964 at 10:00 A0M- Seconded by Schott.
3 Ayes. Motion Carried.,
Clerk Blanchard read a letter from Attorney Meyers stating
the Village had acquired easement # 139P from Mr and Mrs, Albert D. Foust.
Without opposition the Council agreed to transfer $100.00 from the
Sewer Construction Account to the Water Utility Account to cover the
Water Connection c.arge for this party,
Engineer Boehm explained the revised plan of the NSSSD and how
this change might eliminate the need of the lift station in our C -2 Zone.
After an explanation by Mr, Larson of tie need of additional
time for building, Clerk rianchard moved to grant Mr., Larson ,,a six
month extension on the time limit for the building of the t1, 4ic"3Ce yin
the Park View Addition. Seconded by Rustad, 3 Ayes, Motion Carried.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Schott. 3 Ayes
