Also Present: Adm. Clerk: Attorney: Engineer: Ingram Rustad Lloyd J4 Blanchard Arthur Schott Charles La Vaque Donald C. Hodges Paul E. Boog Richard Meyers Shelly Boehm Motion by LaVaque to accept minutes of September 28 as presented. Seconded by Schott. 4 Ayes. Motion by Schott to accept minutes of September 30 as presented. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. Motion by La Vaque to accept minutes of October 5 as presented. Seconded by Schott. 4 Ayes. Motion by Schott to correct minutes of October 12 to read "Special Meeting" rather than regular meeting and to accept minutes as corrected. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. Clerk Blanchard read a report from the NSSSD regarding the $12,000,000 excess transportation cost of the proposed metropolitan plan of sewage disposal. (Copy on file) At request of a resident, the minutes of ')ctober 5, 1964 were re— examined and the following action taken: Motion by Blanchard to correct the minutes of ')ctober 5, 1964 Page 2, Para. 5, Line 3 omitting the word duplexes and inserting the word fourplexes. Seconded by La Vaque, 4 Ayes. Motion by La Vaque to grant a developer a six month extension on the time limit for the building of the duplexes on the West 150 feet of the East % of the NE % of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23, except the North 8 acres thereof and except the East 400 feet of the 5400 feet thereof, (Former Toner property used as screen for proposed Mobile Home Park.) Seconded by Schott. 4 Ayes. Motion by Schott to grant request of residents of area involved and to send a work order to N.S.P. for one 6,000 lumen street light at the intersection of Edgewood and Sherwood. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. Mr Rustad read the Police Report for September - on file. Motion by Rustad to accept the low bid of Midway Ford in the amount of $2106.54 net for one new 1965 Police 6 Pass. station wagon as per specs and to order delivery as soon as possible. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes.
