'1HEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted (toper i9. 1961 , t'.le special assessments
for the construction of Lateral Water Improvement 1960 -3
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above zdentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments fore. teral Water Taprov'ement 1960 -3_
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made •a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on
at 9100 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
Lateral Water Improvement because of the conveyance of or replatting of
certain properties.
