The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was
called to order by Mayor, Donald C. Hodges at 8 :00 P.M., November 9, 1964
at 2401 Highway # 10.

8:00 P.M. Mayor Hodges called three times for further bids on the
Pick -up Truck. There being no further bids he declared the bids to
be opened.
The Administrative Clerk opened the bids and read the
following:

Mayor Hodges announced that the apparent low bidder was
Midway Ford Company, St. Patel, Minnesota.
Motion by Rustad to refer these truck bids to the Attorney
for tabulations and to determine the low bid. Seconded by Schott.
4 Ayes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Schott to approve the minutes of October 26, 1964
Council Meeting with one correction - the word appearing on Page 1,
Para. 9, change from rafts to rafters. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes.
Motion Carried.
Motion by La Vaque to approve the minutes of Special
Meeting of November 4, 1964 as presented. Seconded by Schott. 4 Ayes.
Motion Carried.
Motion by Hodges to allow Trustee Ingram Rustad, the
Acting Mayor to sign the Village Voucher Checks in the Mayor's
absence. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried.
