OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of a2cunds j'ix
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the_2111_
day of November
19 bat Q� o'clock p,m.
with the following members present:Hodges, LaVaque, Rustad and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member zadges __introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Mounds View
construct a surface water draige system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire ",n easement over The North 7.5 feet of the South one -half of Lot 15,
Block 1, Greenfield, Village of Mounds View, Minnesota.
A. temporary construction easement over The South 2U feet of the North 27,5 feet of the
South one -half of Lot 15, Tlock 1, Greenfield, Village of Mounds View, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
dements by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of
Mounds View
proceed to procure title to easements over such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
