conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or terminated by the
village or by the court; that the village attorney, the mayor and the
clerk do all things necess ary to be done in the commencement, prosecution
and suocessful termination of such action.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Member LaVaque , and upon a vote being taken,
the following members voted in favor thereof: Hodges, LaVaque. Rusted and Schott
and the following members voted against the same: Nome
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
