OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , LINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the j�_c___._
day of N ke 19 64 at ;- o'clock p.m.
with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaque, Schott and Rusted
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member Hodes introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEI CATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Mounds View construct a surface water drainage
systems
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire An easement over The North 5 feet of the East 155 feet and the North
15 feet, except therefrom said East 155 feet, of the following described property; except the
South 110 feet and except the North 375 feet, Lot 11, Block 2, Greenfield, Village of Mounds
View, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surfac e wig' drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easement by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View
proceed to procure title to an easement over such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
