OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIDI , MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_tagtalur_
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of monma riew
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the ath____ _
day of sagemiaex19jak_at_azax_ o'clock p,m.
with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaque, Rusted and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member Hosisps introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Naunds View
construct a surface water drainage system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire An easement over The North 7.5 feet and th,e. West 15 feet of the South
135.5 feet of the following described property; except Long Lake Road and except the West 2112 feet
the North 143 feet of the South 405 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township
30, Range 23.
A temporary construction easement over The South 7.5 feet of the North 15 feet and the East 7.5
feet of the West 22.5 feet of the South 128 feet of the following described property; except Long
Lake Road and except the West 2112 feet, the North 143 feet a the South 405 feet of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
An easenent over The West 7.5 feet of the following described property; except Long Lake Road
and except the 'Aest 2112 feet, the North 100 feet of the South 262 feet of the Northeast cuarter
(NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
A temporary construction easement over The East 7.5 feet of the West 15 feet of the following
described property: except Long Lake Road and except the West 2112 feet, the North 100 feet of
the South 262 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
AND W.HEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easements by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View
proceed to procure title to easements over such lead under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
