OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , KINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of NINPAAJ191L__
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 2111
day of November
1964 at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
with the following members present; Hodges, LaVaque, Rusted and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
MemberIkmtiouLintroduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Mound a View construct a surface water drainage system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire A temporary construction easement over The East 7.5 feet of the West 22.5
feet of the following described property: subject to road and except the West 2112 feet and
except the East 327.7 feet, the South 162 feet of the Northeast Quarter (N1 1/4) of Section 6*
Township 30, Range 23.
An easement over The Wet 15 feet of the following described property; subject to road and
except the West 2112 feet and except the East 327.7 feet, the South 162 feet of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such
surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easements by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Nounda_View
proceed to procure title to easements over such lands under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
