OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,
meeting f the Village Council of the Tlllage of_mounda_4444_____
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the __Lh
day of November 19_64at_44097clock p.m.
with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaque nustad and Schoct
and the following members absentl Blanchard
Member Bodges introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Mnalnila View construct a surface water drainage systest
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire An easement over The South 7.5 feet of the L7orth one-half of Lot 15,
Block 1, C;reenfield, Village of Mounds View, Minnesota.
A temporary construction easement over The North 20 feet of the South 27.5 feet of the North
one-half of Lot 15, Block 1, Greenfield, Village of Mounds View, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for-such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easements by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village 0J74ourtaa_44,644___
proceed to procure title to easements over such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
