VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW NINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, azulaz
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of_tumadajLt
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the _44u__

Blanchard
Member •..ges introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village ofzialasilLustwconstruct a surface water drainage system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire An easement over The West 10 feet of the T7c)rth 75 feet of Lot 14, Block
3, LaPort Meadows, Village of Mounds View, Minnesota.
A temporary construction easement over The North 10 feet of the following described property;
except Long Lake Road and except the est 2112 feet, the North 202.5 feet of the South 1215 feet
of the Northeast euarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township JO, Range 23.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easements by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of
proceed to procure title to
easements over such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
