OF THE VILLAGE COTECIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , LINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th
day of November 19 64 at 8:00
o'clock p.ra.
with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaque, Ruatad and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member Hodges introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Mounds View construct a surface water drainage
system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire An easement over the North 20 feet of the following described property;
the North 101.5 feet of the South 1417.5 feet of the East 528 feet of the West 2112 feet of the
Northeast Quarter (NF 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, except Eastwood Road.
A temporary construction easement over the South 10 feet of the North 30 feet of the following
described property; the North 101.5 feet of the South 1417.5 feet of the East 528 feet of the
West 2112 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, except
Eastwood Road.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easements by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE I'T RESOLVED, That the Village of bounds View
proceed to procure title to such easements under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
