OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th
day of ET/ember 19 64 at 8 :00 o'clock p.m.
with the following members present: dodges, LaVaque, Rusted and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member 14g,es introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of :bends View construct a highway and surface wuter
drainage system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire The North 60 feet of the South 232.50 feet of the North ! 05 feet
South 1215 feet of the West 528 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Town
30, Range 23, except therefrom Red Oak Drive.

A strip of land 60 feet wide lying in the North one -half of Lot 67, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89,
Ramsey County, the centerline of said strip of land is described as a line parallel to and
2404.50 feet south of the North line of the Northwest Quarter (N4: 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30,
Range 23.
An easement over the following described real estate; The North 15 feet of the following described
property; except Red Oak Drive, the North 405 feet of the South 1215 feet of the West 528 feet
of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such highway and surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such title
and easements by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View
proceed to procure title to such land and easement under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
