OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
-meeting of the Village Council of the Village of n2unds View
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the
day of Nonnobtr_19A4_atLtitfL o'clock p.m.
with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaque, Ruatad and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard

introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCFRDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village ofNounds View construct a highway
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire A strip of land 60 feet wide lying ;L: 'iorth 220 feet of Lot 45,
Auditor's Subdivision No. S9, Ramsey County, the centerline of said strip of Land is described
as a line parallel to and 2404.50 feet south of the North line of the Northwest Quarter (N' 1/4)
of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such
highway
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
land by right of eminent domain;
NOW THERtiORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Wounds View
proceed to procure title to such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
