OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , 1•INNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeti ng oz the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on thegth

with the following members present:Hodges, LaVaque, ?.ustad and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member Hodges introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Mounds View construct a highway
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire The south 50 feet of the North 103 feet, z7,7cept therefrc:: the East
100 feet, of Lot 34, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, xtamsey County.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such highway
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
land by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View
proceed to procure title to such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
