Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,
meeting of the Village Coun,_;i1 of the Village of i

Member Badge* introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROC IRD WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEr,DINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of _lnnndA yi w construct s surface water drainage system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire An easement over the North 12 feet of Lot 19, Spring Lake Park Hillview,
Village of Mounds View, Minnesota.
A temporary construction easement over The South 10 feet of the North 22 feet of Lot 19, Spring
Lake Park Hillview, Village of Mounds View, Minnesota.
An easement over The North 12 feet of Lot 14, Spring Lake Park Hillview, Village of Mounds View,
Minnesota.

AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easements by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of mellinfig Vier
proceed to procure title to easements over such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
