village or by the court; that the vil ;e attorney, the mayor and the
dirk do all things necee,sa'y to be done in the commencement, prosecution
and successful termination of such action
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Nember_Laydaue , and upon a vote being taken,
the following members voted in favor thereof: Hodges, LaVaque, Rusted and Schott
and the following members voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
