OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_maaliaL__
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of_h91414§_illew
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th
day of

with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaques Rusted and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member Hodees introduced the folloWing resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Mounds View construct a surface water drainage system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire An easement ove The South 20 feet of the following described property;
except Long Lake Road and except the West 2112 feet and except the North 198 feet of the South
1620 feet of the East 200 feet of the West 2640.55 feet, the North 405 feet of the South 1620
feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
A temporary construction easement over The North 10 feet of the South 30 feet of the following
described property; except Long Lake Road and except the West 2112 feet and except the North 198
feet of the South 1620 feet of the East 220 feet of the west 2640.55 feet, the North 405 feet of
the South 1672 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
An easement over The Nest 25 feet, except the South 20 feet, of the following described property;
except Long Lake Road and except the West 2112 feet and except the North 198 feet of the South
1620 feet of the East 220 feet of the West 2640.55 feet, the North 405 feet of the South 1620
feet of the Northeast tlarter (NE 1/4) of Sectieu 6, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minn.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easements by right of eminent domain;
Nu THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View
proceed to procure title to easements over such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
