OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , LINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,
meeting of the Village Counoil of the Village of _EtungraAJANL
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the _Alt
day of November
19 64 at 80,9 o n.
with the following members present:Hodges LaVaque, Rusted and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member Hodges introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCERD WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Mespois View construct a surface water drainage system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire A temporary construction easement owl:: ':outh 10 of the
'est 503 feet of the following described property; except Eastwood Road, the North 202.5 feet
of the South 1620 feet of the East 528 feet of the Yiest 2112 fe0; of the Northeast Quarter
(142, 1;4) of section to, Township 30, Range 23.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easement. by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of morpm41 View
proceed to procure title to all 2asewent over such land. under its right cf
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
