EKTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , LINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,
meeting of the Village Council of the Vijlage of !gds Vigy
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the__1iL_
day of November 64at8i0 o'clock p.m.
with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaque, Rusted and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member Hodges,
introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEENATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of %mods VLew construct a surface water drainage system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquirdn easement over The South 12.5 feet of following desccibed property;
except Zastwood Road, the North 405 feet of the South 1620 feet of the East 528 feet of the
:lest 1584 feet of the Northeast Ouarter (NS 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easement by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of 41.inds View
proceed to procure title to an easement over such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
