conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or terminated by the
village or by the court; that the village attorney, the mayor and the
cl rk do all things necessary to be doe in the commencement, prosecution
and successful termination of such action.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by liember , and upon a vote being taken,
the following members voted in favor thereof: Hodge
acue, Rusted and Schott
and the following members voted against the same:
None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of View , Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I
have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on the date therein
indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my office and that
the same is a fell, true and correct transcript thereof insofar as said
minutes relate to a resolution directing the village attorney to proceed
with condemnation proceedings.
