Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a

Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the atb___ _

with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaque, Schott and Rusted
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member__110044s introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of mannois construct a surface water drainage system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquireAn easement over the North 11.5 feat of the West 310 feet of tha
following described property; except the South 60 feet for Water Works right•of-way, the
Southwest Quarter (Si 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) cf the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4)
of Section 5, Township 30, Range 23.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to .such
easement by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; That the Village of hAlin ui„
proceed to procure title to an easement over such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
