OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , LINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
g ef the Village Council Village of Mounds View
Minneseta was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th
day of 14w/ober
1964 at 8:00
o'clock p.n.
with the following members present: Hodes, LaVaque, Schott and Rusted
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member
Hodges
and moved its adoption:
introduced the following resolution
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Mounds View
construct a surface water drainage system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire An easement over The 'est 25 feet •f the following described property;
except Long Lake Road and except The '.est 2112 feet, the North 30 feet of the South 1700 feet
of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easement by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View
proceed to procure title toan easement over such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
