Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the

with the following members present: nudges, LaVaque„ Schott and Rustad
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member Hodges . introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of_ munpdA viAw construct a surface water drainage system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire An easement over The Jest 25 feet of the following described property;
except Long Lake Road and except the West 2112 feet; the North 75 feet of the South 1775 feet
of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easement by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View
proceed to procure title to an easement over such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
