The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Member LaVasue, , and upon a vote being taken,
the following members voted in favor thereof: Hodges,, LaVaque, Schott and Rustad
and the following members voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
