Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rggti air
meeting of the Vil l Lg, Council of the Village of Mounds yiew
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the

with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaque, Rustad and Schott
and the following members absent:
Blanchard
Member introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of_______________ Vian, construct a highway and surface
water drainage $ *tug
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire the following described land: Lots 3 and 4 and the South 15 feet
of Lots 2 and 5 Flink Addition, Village of Mounds View, Minnesota and
an easement over the following described lard: The North 12.5 feet of Lot 6,
Block 1, Flink Addition, Village of Mounds View, Minnesota and
an easement over the following described land: The North 12.5 .feet of Lot 1,
31ock 1, Flink. Addition, Village of Mounds View, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such highway and
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such lands
and easements by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVFf, That the Village of AWunda View
proceed to procure title to land and easements under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
urface water drainage system
