conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or terminated by the
village or by the court; that the village attorney, the mayor and the
clerk do all things necessary to be done in the commencement, prosecution
and successful termination of such action°
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Member_Layagag , and upon a vote being taken,
the following members voted in favor thereof: Hodges, LaVaque, Ruetad and Schott
and the following members voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
