Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a

meeting of the Village Council of the Village of _m„iy„d„ 3X.:iem.
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the Ath
day of NnvembAr
19a4 at R.hu o'clock p.m.
with the following members present: H;,dges, LaVaque, Rustad and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member Rader, introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEI'rNATION PROCFPOINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Mounds View construct a highway
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire The North 30 feet of the North 202.50 feet of the South 1012.50
feet of the East 528 feet of the West 2112 feet of the Northeast Quarter
(NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, except therefrom Eastwood Road.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such highway
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
lands by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View
proceed to procure title to such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
to file the
