Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th

introduced the following resolution
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Nrx,nd* y {„y construct a high

AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire The South 30 feet of the North 202.50 feet of the South 1215 feet of
the Northeast Quarter (NS 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, except
therefrom the West 2112 feet and Long Lake Road.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such highway
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
lands by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds stay
proceed to procure title to such land
under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
