Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a remular
meeting the Village Council of the Village ofMounds y
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the____�

with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaque, Rusted and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member 40000 introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of_s vier

AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire an easement over the following described land: The South 40 feet
of the North 989 feet of the East 190.5 feet and the West 45 feet of the East
190.5 feet of the following described property; subject to roads the North
three fourths(N 3/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 7, Township 30, Range 23.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainer system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easement by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of munds vies
proceed to procure title to an easement over such lands under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
