introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONI)EMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of , `,L,Aw construct a sanitary sewer syste a
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire an easement aver the following described "land: The South 35 feet of
Lot 78, Spring Lake Park Hillview Addition, Section 3, Townshid 30, .ante 23,
Ramsey County, Minnesota, bounded on the Last the ,lest line of Eastwood
Road, bounded on the South by the North right- of-way line of the Saint Paul Water
Works and bounded on the West by the right -of -way line of State T.H,# 10.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such sanitary sewer system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such an
easement by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of moLLI.Id s view_
proceed to procure title to an easement in such land under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
