OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of moungLyisw
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the__ __
day of November 19 Hat 8:00 o'clock p.m,
with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaque, Rustad and Schott
and the following members absent: Blanchard
Member Hodges introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Yilery construct a surface water drainage
system
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire an easement over the following described land: The South 30 feet of the
West 1417 feet of the following described property; except Long Lake Road, the
South one -half (S 1/2) of the North one -half (N 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter
(NW 1/4) of Section 5, Township 30, Range 23, and
a temporary construction easement over the following described :+roperty:
The West 445 feet of the North 20 feet of the South 50 feet of the following
described property; except Long Lake Road, the `,outh ore -half (3 1/2) of the
North one -half (N 1/2) of the Northwest 011arter (NW 1/4) of Section 5, Township
30, Range 23.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such
easements by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, T hat the Village of ounds Vier
proceed to procure title to easements over such land under its -_'ight of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
